Ashford is one of the fastest growing towns I have ever lived in.  There are more properties being built here than I can even keep track of.  For every 10 new houses being built, less than 10% of the buyers are happy with the amount of built in storage included within the house.  Every little basic feature ends up being an 'extra'.
